| 1 | M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, in camouflage pattern, any tinted, including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc, of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. |
| 2 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint in (camouflage pattern), including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water of any description etc.including removal of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and top surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 6 | M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying acrylic based Weather Coat exterior grade emulsion, two coats, in camouflage pattern, any tinted over a coat of suitable primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
