| 1 | Providing/Fitting, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of protection panel cum FASD starters at LIS MiariDescription of PanelDesigning, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel 415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. For unit no. 1 and 2, with one incoming and two no outgoing for 75 HP Induction motors at LIS Miari. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 16 SWG CR Sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided with suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of antirust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should have equipped with following components/features: -M.C.C.B : The panel incomer should be fitted with a main M.C.C.B. of 160 Ampere capacity 2 No. 125 Ampere isolator MCCB, 1 no. voltmeter, 1 no ammeter along with a set of CTs, 1 No. V.S.S, 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side.Star delta Starter: - Fully automatic star delta starter cum panel for unit no I and unit no 2 should comprises of 2 Nos (for unit I & II) Main contactor of 140 Amp capacity each, 2 Nos. (for unit I & II) Delta contactor of 140 Amp capacity each, 2 Nos (for unit I & II) Star contactor of 95 Amp capacity each. 2 Nos (for unit I & II) star delta timer with timing range from 3 to 120 seconds, 4 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of both motor, 2 No. indicator 2 No. MCB 6 Amp for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply for pumping unit no. 1 and pumping unit no 2.Protection device / Fault analyser: A protection device/fault analyser shall be fitted with the panel with capability to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windingsA. Voltage related fault: Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage.B. Current related fault: Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current /load, earth leakage, short circuiting.C. Mechanical fault: Locked rotor, broken shaft. a. Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase. b. Display and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively.D. Bimetal overload relay: A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyser with an isolation/bye pass switch to bye pass the fault analyser.Complete job includes cost of providing/ Fitting, Transportation Charges, Testing and commissioning charges, hire charges, tool and tackles charges, hire charges of skilled and unskilled labour, To and Fro transportation charges at site of LIS and all kinds of Charges. | 2 | Complete rewinding of the 75 HP electric motor of Pumping unit no. II of LIS Miari by way of dismantling it from the base frame. Shifting by head load to the nearest road side and transportation to workshop done by mechanical means for rewinding. Dismantling of the damaged 75 HP Motor at workshop for extraction of burnt windings, cleaning of stator slots and complete rewinding of the motor with new copper wires of requisite gauge and specification and standard make. Providing/fitting of new insulation, packing material then varnishing with superior quality varnish & drying in oven in controlled temperature. Repair to the rotor shaft of motor done by way of welding, turning and finishing. P/F of bearings 2 Nos. and greasing them properly. Assembling of the stator, rotor and other parts of the motor. Back carriage to site and reinstallation, commissioning and testing on load conditions. Complete job included cost of material, transport charges and labour charges. The job also includes recapitalization of 3 cusec x 38m head horizontal casing pump set coupled with 75 HP motor by way of dismantling of the pumps by de-coupling from the motor and suction delivery lines at site way of dismantling it from the base frame. Shifting by head load to the nearest road side and transportation to workshop done by mechanical means for recapitalization. Dismantling the pump for extraction of worn out/damaged impeller, misaligned shaft, bushes and sleeves. The job also includes P/F of new SS impeller as per sample in place of worn out, Pump shaft in place of misaligned shaft, Sleeves, Bushes, gland packing 12mm dia with nuts, bolts and rubber sheet after cleaning the gland plate sets, applying sufficient amount of grease including gland packing to avoid excessive wear and tear. The job also includes p/f of new bearings as per sample in place of worn out/damaged bearings. Back carriage to site and reinstallation, commissioning and testing on load conditions. The job further includes coupling the pump and motor, checking for alignment and testing on full load. Job involves cost of materials, labour charges both skilled and un skilled labour and hire charges for tools and tackles, transport charges, and testing and commissioning of Pumping unit at full load. Rebate on old parts has to be provided by the executing agency on account of providing/fitting of new parts/components. (Complete job) |
| 3 | Complete earthing of the electromechanical equipment’s at LIS Miari Pump Motor sets 2 Nos., LT panel cum starter, voltage stabilizer etc. Job includes excavation of 1 no. pit of size 1.25mx1.25m at the bottom, depth 4 feet at a suitable place near pump house, placing 2 no. copper earthing plate of size 2’x2’ and 4 mm thick in each pit at the bottom of pit, connecting the risers of plates from pit to the ground level. Providing and placing 40mm dia. GI pipe vertically on the copper earthing plates for watering, p/f of plug on the top end of GI pipe. Filling of the pit with four inches thick alternate layers of charcoal and sodium chloride of recommended quality upto height of about 4 feet from bottom of pit and then filling of the pits upto ground level with excavated earth and fitting of copper strips of then connecting all the earthing points of the electrical equipment installed at the site. |
