| 14 | (a) From Bharuch TE building to Jinod Site (approx distance30 kms) |
| 15 | Erection of roof top Tower upto 18m mtr. height of building ( Height of Tower upto 18 mtr. ) using new/ old/ recovered/ dismantled tower material as available at site. The work shall include the following :(a) Erection of tower including sorting, assembling, lifting, fitting and fixing up all tower members in position true to the alignment including assembling/ hoisting / fixing of ladder, working plateform, wave gide rack, lighting arrestor, lightening arrestor pipe stand etc . at required level all complete as per the manufacturare's drawing and as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge . The item includes enlarging holes, straightening of twisted or bend tower members of any type etc. and all other connected works for the above operation ( if any and as required ) all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in- charge.This item also includes for Painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paints of approved colour shade, brand and manufacturer to give an even shade as per Aviation requirements over a coat of zinc chromate yellow primer all complete as per dirction of Engineer-in-charge. Agency shall arrange for all the materials, labour, T & P etc. as required. |
| 16 | NOTES:-(1) The Items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account: ( a ) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or nearby structures while erecting the tower. ( b ) Necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the sole responsibility of the agency. ( c ) Item includes for all operations, tools and plants, equipments, machinary etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes.( d ) Item also includes with lifting of all tower materials up to floor five level. 2) The Items does not include for the dome lights and its system,and earthing system for tower, These shall be paid under seperate items, if and as required. 3) The Items does not include the supply of tower material/ dismantling of old tower and its transportation. These shall be paid under separate items, if and as required. |
| 17 | Providing hot dipped galvanised nuts,bolts,spring washers and plain washers of required size and length for fixing the same at the joints/junctions of tower wherever found required during maintenance of tower.(The materials for nuts,bolts shall be of grade 4.6 and as per 6639-1972,IS :1364(Part I to V)-2002,IS:1367(Part VIII)-1992,plain washers as per IS:6610-1972 and spring washers of Type-B as per IS:3063-1994,IS:1148-1982,IS:2015-1977). |
| 18 | Extra for providing single spike solid copper lightening arrestor of 650 mm length, 12 mm dia. having necessary threads & brass nut at bottom end of the rod and connecting the tin coated copper wire (IS marked) of gauge 7/20 from lower end of the lightening arrestor to the lug with 4 hole provided at 0.50 m below the top of the tower by 10 mm dia. brass nuts, bolts & washers etc. all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (1) The rate includes for all the materials and labour required for item as above except fixing of pipe stand which shall be paid seperately in relevent item. |
| 19 | Supply, installing, testing & commissioning for aviation light as necessary so as to satisfy aviation requirements consisting of the following : |
| 20 | (a) Supplying, installing, testing & comissioning of Single dome Aviation obstruction light (AOL) fixture having base made of aluminium die cast / fibre body and top cover of red polycarbonate dome & 230 V AC LED Aviation obstruction lamp with 300 & more Nos. clear LED's having light intensity of minimum 1200 LUX & necessary auto on-off scanner photo cell unit with tranformer in built in dome light of make from Vijay, Binoy, Altrox or equivalent etc. with necessary clamp for fixing arrangement etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes for all the materials, labour and T & P etc. required for all the works as mentioned above. |

| 22 | c) Providing and fixing PVC double insulated 2 core x 1.5 Sq.mm. copper conducter / unarmoured power cable (Finolax, Polycab or equivalent) including removing damaged power cable and encasing new power cable in existing PVC conduit pipe. |
| 23 | d) Providing and fixing PVC conduit pipe of 20 mm dia. of approved brand and manufacture all complete as per direction of Engineer -In-Charge. |
| 24 | Providing , laying and testing of plate earth system for roof top tower consisting of the follwing ( Earth resistance shall be less than 2.00 ohm) |
| 25 | (a) Providing and laying G.I. earthing strip of size 50 x 6 mm (having 6 mm dia. holes at 1 m c/c along the length) inside the ring earth trench, horizontaly towards all the four tower legs and vertically upwards to connect with the gusset plate of first joint of all the four legs. The jointing of the two G.I. strips as well as joint in between G.I. strip and gusset plate of tower leg shall be done with an overlap of 90 mm, sandwitching in between a lead sheet of size 90 x 50 x 1 mm and bolted with 2 Nos. of 10 mm dia. G.I. nuts / bolts & spring washers. The jointing between the G.I. strips shall further the protected / sealed by wrapping properly with ISI marked 2\\" wide water proof tape. Notes : (1) While laying the G.I. strips, they should not be bent sharply at right angles but should be laid in smooth curves of about 1 m radius. (2) The rate includes for all the materials and labour required for all the above including lead sheet, water proof tape etc. (3) Measurement : Only the net length of G.I. strip shall be measured for payment.
