Name of Work:- Fabrication and Fitting of MS Fabricated Bracket Assembly (Front mounting plate) for Unimog 423 of Mechanical and Hospital sub Division 1st Anantnag
Sl. No. Item Description
1Fabrication & Fitting of MS Fabricated Bracket Assembly (Front mounting Plate) to be manufactured out of 12mm IS 2062 E250 structural mild steel plates having CNC profile cut with 10mm internal vertical stiffeners & bracing ribs as shown in the drawing (Enclosed). A heavy 20mm thick end mounting base plate is required to be attached with (40x40 mm) 02 no. square holes on each ends. The job includes designing of structural joints with continuous 8mm fillet welds using low hydrogen electrodes, keeping in view to prevent distortion and overall alignment. The job also includes machining/finishing structural welding so as to have precise alignment across 04 no. clevis pin holes of dia 30mm. The attachment plate fabricated so needs to be cleaned for edge-deburring before applying two coats anti rust primer & Paint. Lastly, the attachment plate fabricated needs to be inspected for specific dimensions, surface finishing & snow plough load accuracy under load. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
