The work shall include the supply and fixing of all necessary hardware and accessories, including stainless steel lever handles with concealed fixings, hydraulic door closer with adjustable closing speed, heavy-duty stainless steel ball-bearing butt hinges (minimum three numbers), mortise cylinder lock, Euro profile thumb-turn cylinder, floor-mounted door stopper, P type rubber smoke/acoustic seal, rubber plugs, anchor fasteners, and all other accessories required for proper installation and operation. The rate shall include the cost of all materials, labor, tools and tackles, scaffolding, transportation, loading, unloading, installation, testing, commissioning, and all incidental charges required for the complete and satisfactory execution of the work, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
