| 1 | Road DelineatorProviding and fixing of Standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79-2010 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 230 square cm in white colour, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67:2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D4956 Type XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. The front and back faces shall be curved with radius not more than 200 mm and with depth angle between 20 and 30 degrees. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 years outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012. Rate includes materials, labour, equipment, installation and incidentals complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 4 | Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Road Studs / Cat Eye)Supply and fixing of reflective raised pavement marker with its body surface made of tough ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) or HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) or ABS, supported by a bed of 1335 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Reflective panels shall consist of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes for total internal reflection. Reflecting surface shall preferably be at 35° to 5° to base and area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq cm. Road stud shall be legibly marked with manufacturer's name/trade mark or other means of identification. Dimensions of road studs should not be less than 100 mm x 100 mm x 10 mm. |
| 5 | Solar Power road marker (Solar Studs) The solar cat-eye shall be produced from an engineered polymer selected for superior impact resistance and weather-ability. The top shall be transparent for solar charging and light output in active mode. Marker shall incorporate a solar panel for converting solar energy into electricity, a storage device, LEDs for illumination and a design providing 360 degree uniform smooth illumination through light tube. High reflective plastic lenses for conspicuity in passive mode and dual shanks for improved road presence. Markers intended for application directly onto pavement surfaces shall be applied with epoxy resin adhesives designed for raised pavement markers. Solar cat-eye shall be height 65 ± 2 mm and maximum diameter 124 ± 4 mm, tested for water ingress as per IP65/IP68 standards and compressive strength of 13635 kg as per ASTM D4280. Rate includes all materials, labour, equipment, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals complete. |
