Name of Work:- REPAIR TO ALL TYPE OF PAINTING / POLISHING OF STEEL FURNITURE UNDER GE (WEST) LUCKNOW

1PAINTING ON STEEL FURNITURE (ITEM NO 1 TO 21) : M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with sand paper and paint remover of appropirate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour and preparation of old steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth by applying putty to level the surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint / hammer tone paint shade on steel suface over a coat of red oxide primer by spray machine (internally and externally) complete all as specified and shown on drawings with following items (NOTE : Almirahs/Lockers shall be painted in dual tone. All work shall be executed at locations where the furniture is existing in different User Units/MD Accns under GE (West), Lucknow Cantt including BSO’s Furniture Yard) :- (a) Almirah Steel Large : FD-67/351, 1031 & MAP drg or similar size. .

22POLISHING ON WOODEN FURNITURE (ITEM NO 22 TO 44) : M&L for melamine polishing by spray gun machine after removal of existing polish by scraping and smoothening of surface wherever required to the following furniture articles of MES pattern viz. F/DB/FD/MAP series or similar items. The work shall include application of wax to depressed surfaces and washing with caustic soda wherever required prior to polishing omplete all as specified and shown on drawings with following items :- (a) Bed Plywood Top : FD-246/247
