1Charges for Cutting and Removal of wornout impeller blades 13 Nos and root stiffners from the impeller hub (Impeller diameter 2492 mm), Charges for fabrication of new impeller blades 13 Nos and root stiffners, Machining the blades and stiffners surface in shaping machine, Hot pressing the machined blades and stiffners, machining to the required profile. Charges for fixing the 13 Nos impeller blades and root stiffners on the impeller hub, Checking weldments by Magnetic particle test and Liquid penetrant test, Outer diameter correction of all the impeller blades and grinding all the sharp edges, Charges for sand blasting, stress relieving of rebladed impeller by heat treatment, dynamic balancing, Taking vibration reading, conducting the trial upto normal vibration value, painting of rebladed impeller, including cost of material for fabrication of blades and root stiffners.
