| 2 | Repairs to 50 HP three phase induction motor no. 02 & Repair to 100 KVA electrical transformer at LIS DulmaChak-I.A) Repair to 50 HP three phase induction motor no. 02 at LIS Dulma Chak-1.The job involves decoupling the motor from the HC pump and unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts by using suitable tools and tackles and labour. Lifting the motor out of pump house by using manual labour. Loading the motor in the vehicle and shifting the motor to the workshop . Unloading of the motor in the workshop .The job further involves dismantling of end covers, extraction of rotor from motor. Extraction of damaged winding from the stator. Cleaning of stator with compressed air and requisite chemical cleanser/CCL4. Complete rewinding by way of providing and fitting of new good quality winding wire of gauge and size (as per old sample) in the stator together with replacement of damaged /worn out wedges/strips and p/f of f-class insulation, Application of superior quality varnish (Red Becktol etc.) by spray impregnation process and drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process and thereafter checking the IR value. Providing/fitting of driving end bearing as per sample. Re-assembling the motor after greasing. Shifting the motor to LIS . Installation of the motor over the base frame by providing / fitting of nut bolts, washers etc., making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts for the electrical connection. Alignment & coupling with pump .Complete testing of the pumping unit. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools and tackles required at LIS. Complete Job.B) Repair to 100 KVA electrical transformer at LIS Dulma Chak-1. The job involves disconnecting of distribution transformer HT links and HT/LT side cables. Dismounting from poles / platform using crane/ skilled and un-skilled labour using tools and tackles, loading in mechanical transport and carriage to workshop and unloading at workshop including head load carriage. Rewinding its 3 nos. H.V. coil & 2 nos. L.V. coils with superior Aluminium wire of requisite size/gauge. Heating the rewinded coils to attain the required megger value. Replacement of damaged 1 no. HV & 2 nos. LV bush rods with the new bush rods as per sample. Providing /Fitting of new gasket, L.T. terminal plate, nuts, bolts, insulators etc. Cleaning of the tank and drying it. Providing/Topping up of 90 litres transformer oil and heating the oil to make it moisture free. Lowering the windings back in the tank Assembling the transformer by tightening all nuts, bolts and using oil packing sheets wherever necessary. Loading in the vehicle and shifting back to site . Job includes placing of transformer on the platform with the help of crane using skilled manual labour. Fitting the transformer and restoration of electrical connections. Making of LT side cable connections as well as HT side cable connections and charging the transformer on no load conditions and thereafter checking on full load conditions. Complete job including cost of material, skilled and semi-skilled labour charges, loading & unloading at both ends and transportation charges as per site conditions of LIS.Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/alterations of the job felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be done as per actual site conditions. |
