| 1 | Complete rewinding of three phase electric induction motor by way of decoupling of motor from the pump ,disconnecting all three phase power supply connections shifting of the motor from the side to work shope in vehicale (which include heads loads at some of the sites)dismentalling of the motor at workshope ,extracting the motor as well as the damaged winding of the motor from star or slotsby means of tools and tackles. Cleans all the starter slots of rust ,dust and any other foreign material if founds in the slot ,rewinding of the motor stator by way of inserting superior quality pore copper wire (size exactly as per the sample )in the starter slot,using the tools and tackles ,skilled labour and inslulating material as per the standard .After complete rewinding the motor shall be given two coats of good quality varnish for the safety of the rewinding ,which includes drying of the same in open sunlight or by proper heating reassembling of the motor by inserting etc.The job includes shifting the motor from the workshop at site in a vehicle by coupling of the same qwth pump from connecting all three phase power supply connection Note :-the firm shall to arrange for the vehicle for to and fro movement of of the pump from site to workshop and vice versa .The firm shall be quited for (shifting and reshifting of the pump +material cost +cost of the skilled labour forcomplete job +testing and commission of the pump at site)cost of the scrap which shall be retained by the firm.Motor rating of horse power of submersible borewell three phase electric induction motor 5HP |
