| 1 | Providing, Operating and maintaining “Water Sprinkler Anti-Smog Gun” trucks, along with driver and one operator to South East Road Division-1, complying the following condition. - The truck should have been manufactured by leading manufactures. (TATA-LPT-1009/1109/1512 or equivalent). - The truck shall be GRAP-IV complaint with BS-VI engines. - The truck shall run at around 5kms per hour speed, during spraying.- Lunch break of 30 minutes is allowed for driver and operator within 8 hours shift. - The operator shall take GPS camera photo of spraying every 30 minutes. This photos shall be mailed to official email ID of Division and Sub-Division for every 5 days of operation. - The truck shall have water tank of at least 7000 litre capacity.- The truck shall be fitted with GPS Tracking System for online monitoring and report generation. The login ID and password for JE, AE & EE shall be submitted to there before start of work. The report of GPS Tracking System should show the distance covered in a day, the route taken by the truck. The report shall be submitted mailed to official email IDs of Subdivision and division for every 5 days of operation. - Water shall be purchased from any nearest DJB Station or any other government source. The purchases bills shall be scanned and emailed to official email IDs of Subdivision and division for every 5 days of operation. - The size of droplets should be in the range of 30 to 50 microns. - The Horizontal throw of droplets should not be less than 6 meters.- The Anti-Smog Gun shall be rotatable upto 320 degree in horizontal plane and 5 degree to 45 degree in vertical plane.'- The spray system shall have sufficient stainless steel nozzles to automize the water droplets.Every 30 days of operation a complied report log book as per the proforma in conditions shall be emailed to official email IDs of Subdivision and division. The estimate rate is for spraying 12,000 litres per day. If the water sprayed less than the above then, prevailing market rate of DJB potable water per litre will be deducted for the shortage. The GPS camera photos plus water purchase bills plus online GPS tracking report together will be considered for payment. |
