| 1 | EXCAVATION IN ORDINARY/HARD ROCKAll excavation operations shall include excavation and ‘getting out’ the excavated matter at a distance (lead upto 50mt) of at least one metre or half the depth of excavation, whichever is more, clear off the edge or excavation shall also include depositing the excavated materials as specified. The subsequent disposal of the excavated materials from the site to the authorised dumping yard or out of the Bank premises without any extra cost to the Bank. During the excavation, the natural drainage of the area shall be maintained. Excavation shall be done from top to bottom as directed by the Engineer-in Charge and nothing extra shall be payable for hard rock or any other machinery required for excavation.The excess depth or over sized in all ways shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Details of foundation is as per the attached drawings.The rate shall be inclusive of all applicable GST, all required material, labour, transportation, loading-unloading, scaffolding, tools & plants, wastage if any, making good damages to match with surroundings surface, carrying out work in workman like manner at all lead and lift, carting away debris out of premises without any extra cost to the Bank etc. complete as directed. |
| 2 | Back Filling Work: Filling with excavated earth shall be done in regular horizontal layers each not exceeding 20 cm in depth by the earth used for filling shall be free from all roots, grass, shrubs, rank vegetation, brushwood, tress, sapling and rubbish. All lumps and clods exceeding 8 cm in any direction shall be broken. Each layer shall be watered and consolidated with steel rammer. The top and sides of filling shall be neatly dressed. The contractor shall make good all subsidence and shrinkage in earth fillings, embankments, traverses etc. during execution and till the completion of work unless otherwise specified. | 3 | PCCPreparation of surface, providing and laying plain cement concrete in 1: 4: 8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 hard stone metal) using 40mm down gauge graded hard stone aggregate for foundation/footing including necessary shuttering, curing etc., complete all as directed by the Bank’s Engineer.The rate shall be inclusive of all applicable GST, all required material, labour, transportation, loading-unloading, scaffolding, tools & plants, wastage if any, making good damages to match with surroundings surface, carrying out work in workman like manner at all lead and lift, carting away debris out of premises without any extra cost to the Bank etc. complete as directed. |
| 4 | Providing, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and tying Fe500 HYSD (High yield strength Deformed steel reinforcement bars) bar reinforcement approved make and tested quality of different diameters and of any lengths, shapes & size as per detailed drawings, specifications, for all reinforced concrete work, including cost of GI binding wires (18 gauge), pins, chairs, concrete cover blocks of required size, at all level and heights etc. complete as per the drawings, technical specifications and instruction of Bank’s Engineer. | 5 | Cement ConcreteProviding and Laying in position Ready Mixed M 25 grade Concrete for Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) works, manufactured in fully automatic Batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, Concrete grade conforming to IS 456:2000 with minimum cement content of 330 kg/cum and as per design mix and as per the specifications and the drawings, using 20 mm & downgraded coarse aggregates for the following categories, including Pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying , all Formwork- Centering, Shuttering, strutting, propping etc. and deshuttering where ever necessary, including cost of curing, compacting, vibrating, consolidating, hacking the surface as required, to receive plaster, finishing etc. complete inclusive of all labour/materials. The rates are applicable to all height & level and to the required shape, size and depth as per drawing. (Steel Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item). | 6 | STEEL WORK & TENSIL STRUCTURESupply and fabrication of steel work of approved brand in built up tubular, hot finished welded type tubes, round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, angles, flat, 20 gauge sheet, metal deck, chequered plats etc. for gate, trusses, shade, watchtower, roof, columns, railing, lowered etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a SEP of approved brand of two coat on a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding of entire joint edges of sections and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete with all necessary tools and plants, scaffolding etc. required at all height / level. The detailed of all sections to be used for construction of gate, watch tower, reception area as per the drawings. Details of structure is as per the attached drawings. The anchor bolts should be AM 8.8 or approved equivalent threaded rod of carbon steel, zinc plated with standard specification as in IS0 898-1 with embedment length as specified in the drawing. | 7 | Glass Cladding - Façade work:Providing and fixing 8 mm clear toughened glass + 1.52 mm thick PVB + 6 mm clear toughened flat. Having total thickness 15.52 mm, using the approved quality of glass and spider fittings including the required fastener, hilti, RE -500 V3 / HY 200 chemical anchor + stainless steel 316 bolt. The glass edge should be polished and hole drilling shall be done as per the requirements. The rate quoted for the items shall be inclusive of the material, edge polishing, laminate, transport, installation, silicone, required fittings, spider fittings etc. complete. | 8 | ACP Cladding work:Providing and fixing of the 4 mm thick approved quality and shade for the cladding work of the lift to be installed by providing aluminium 25 x 38 mm tube on both the side as per the requirement (minimum 600 mm C/C both side). The ACP shall be pasted by BHP tape and silicone dow corning and finished with silicone grue. | 9 | Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to building height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer in- charge .The elevational area of scaffolding of the each side shall be measured for payment purpose.
