| 2 | Supplying and fixing in repair Retro reflective, double sided Road Signboards comprising of 4mm thick Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) sandwiched with 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet on both side, factory finished or PDVF coated as base board, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film, ACP sheet shall be routed, folded and fixed to frame with 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick VHB tape provided all around the frame including riveting at right angle face of the frame with POP riveting or with self taping SS screws 5mm dia, spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame, micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet on both side of ACP, which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired name information message including all materials required for fabrication, erection and installations and fixed to stainless steel frame having size 100 cm x 76 cm made of stainless steel frame of 50 mm dia circular and thickness not less than1.8 mm of grade Fe 304 with top of board at 9 feet above ground, and aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support and fixed with 2 Nos.Stainless steel rounded post of dia 50 mm dia and thickness not less than 1.8 mm to a vertical post attched with base plate including necessary excavation for post holes of size 45 cm x45 cm x 60cm deep with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 as filling in foundation including taking down old unserviceable sign board and removing and depositing of soil n. exc. 50mtr from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
