| 1 | Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting one complete octagonal gazebo of 3.0 m diameter (Item No.1 Page No.190 of the RFP) across opposite sides, with overall dimensions, roof profile, height and other proportions as per approved design shown in enclosed photo, fixed securely on the platform ( to be paid separately) . The gazebo shall comprise structural mild-steel columns, rafters, ring beams, bracing and decorative MS brackets; multi-slope roof with green or any other colour -finish stone-coated metal shingles or other approved equivalent roofing material, including waterproof underlay, ridge/hip cappings, decorative fascia, ventilated cupola and ornamental finial; wood-finish ceiling lining; decorative MS railing; and three integrated monolithic benches, each bench extending across the clear internal width of one complete panel between adjacent columns, arranged along three alternate panels as per approved drawing, with seating surface and backrest. The item shall include all materials, cutting, fabrication, welding, drilling, bolting, transportation, erection, alignment, anchoring to the existing platform using suitable approved anchor fasteners, anti-corrosive primer, green or any other approved exterior-grade paint/powder coating, wood-finish treatment, all fittings and accessories, labour, tools and equipment, and making good the fixing points, complete in all respects as per drawings and specifications, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge |

| 4 | Providing, fabricating, supplying and erecting one complete modern octagonal gazebo of 6.0 m diameter (Item No.4 Page No.193 of the RFP) across opposite sides, with roof profile and overall dimensions as per approved design and drawings, comprising structural mild steel columns, rafters, ring beams, bracing and support members; multi-slope green or any other approved colour -finish metal roofing with approved roofing sheets/shingles, waterproof underlay, ridge/hip cappings and fascia; ventilated roof cap/cupola; wood-finish ceiling lining; decorative laser-cut metal panels; and three integrated monolithic benches, each extending across the clear internal width of one panel, with suitable seating surface and supports, as per approved design. The item shall include all materials, fabrication, cutting, welding, drilling, bolting, transportation, erection, alignment and secure fixing to the platform (to be paid extra) using suitable approved anchor fasteners; anti-corrosive primer, charcoal-grey exterior-grade paint/powder coating, wood-finish treatment, all fittings, accessories, labour, tools and equipment, and making good the fixing points, complete in all respects as per approved fabrication drawings, structural design and specifications, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | S/F of garden bench (Victorian) both sides of garden bench are made of flora cast iron having back height of minimum 700mm and minimum seating height of 375 mm and both sides of garden bench is connected with MS tube of 65 mm x 25 mm sheet angular tube having width of 15-20 mm in 10 nos. for seating purpose with extra support 25 mm x 5 mm M.S. flat for extra stability all sharp and rough edges of bench are to be grinded with grinder and all fill up with M seal where if is required necessary. This bench is having the provision of hole fast system of for growing bench is complete with a cutting of 1st class Red oxide and with two coat of synthetic enamel of 1st class quality paint. Finally bench is assembled with nuts and bolts including all tax. The length of bench be 1500 mm & minimum overall weight not less than 70 kgs. |
| 6 | Providing stainless steel 3 (three) seater benches, benches shall be manufactured using Stainless Steel 304 grade conforming to IS:6911/ASTM A240/A240M. The 3 (Three) seater bench shall be with back rest, shall be manufactured using Stainless Steel 304 grade matt finished as per design. Stainless Steel sheet/ plate shall be of 16 gauge, round pipe shall be 50/40mm dia and 2 mm thickness, square pipe shall be of size 50mm x 50mm and 2 mm thickness, base plate shall be 8 mm thick and Stainless Steel fastener shall be of size 10mm x 100mm. The punching/ perforation in seating plate and back rest shall be done by Turret punching machine as per approved sample for punching pattern. All fabrication work shall be done on roller machine by CNC Laser cutting and Argon welding. The Argon welding shall be done by TIG (Tungsten inert gas) Arc welding method as per IS:9604. Joints shall be welded under controlled condition to avoid formation of crack and metal flow at welding point by using tungsten electrodes as per IS:13907 and SS304/SS304L grade filler material. Welds should be treated with K-2 solution.
