| 2 | M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distember using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PS and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine shoiuld be reputed manufacturer with proguard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distember should be able to spray in hard to areas and penetration of ditember on the surface complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (a) Sanding of surface to be done by mechinical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for cleaning environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper mixing to be carried out before primer and paint application. (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be excuted as per manufacturer instructions of which the materials i.e Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover - memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with only one manufacture metioned in the contract. (d) 05 year guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years. |
| 4 | M&L for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram / litere and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company depot Tinted) with silicon additive @1.43litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer @ 0.90litre/10sqm Note :- (a) Primer and emulsion application to be carried out through air less spray machine (Only mechanical application allowed except in paint application on bands / chajja / building edges / borders / projections where contrasting colour as specified and directed is to be applied (b) The work pertaining to periodical services & water proofing shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions of which the materials i.e Paint, Distemper, Putty etc is proposed to be used by contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (c) Cost of scaffolding as per requirement of building height is included in this item. (d) The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover - memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with only one manufacture metioned in the contract. (e) 05 year guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years. |
