2Supply, delivery and installation of a single-shaft agricultural shredder machine suitable for shredding wooden logs, banana leaves and stems, powered by a 20 HP, three-phase electric motor of Crompton make or equivalent reputed make. The machine shall be equipped with a 600 mm diameter disc, 8 Nos. of rotary blades and 1 No. of fixed blade, manufactured from EN8-grade steel. The machine shall be provided with a suitable starter. The machine frame shall be fabricated using ISMC 125/ISMC 75 channels, and the feeding chute and cover shall be made of 3 mm thick MS sheet. The machine shall have a processing capacity of 1.5 MT per hour. The rate is inclusive of all costs towards supply, freight, loading, unloading, installation, testing and commissioning, including the cost of electrical cables required up to a length of 10 metres, complete in all respects and in accordance with standard specifications.
