The job includes removing of Pump set from its base frame after disconnecting damaged Suction and delivery lines. Loading of dismantled Pump and motor to mechanical transport/load carrier and shifting to workshop for repair .The Job involves repair to Pump shaft by remetalling ,grinding ,turning ,and polishing to attain desired result .Fabrication and fitting of 02 Nos. Gland bushes,02 Nos Neck Rings and 02 Nos Impellers as per sample .Repair to bearing housing by fitting of sleeves and replacement of worn out nuts and bolts. Providing and fitting of bearings of reputed make at driving and non driving ends. Fabrication and Providing of one set of coupling pulley. Assembling of Pump after replacing worn out nuts and bolts .The job also includes repair to the 75 HP motor by way of extraction of rotor from the stator, repairs to the rotor shaft by re-metalling, turning and finishing to bearing size. Repair to motor side covers by way of fabrication / fitting of CI sleeves and finishing them to bearing size by providing and fitting of bearings 02 nos. for both the ends of actual specification and greasing them, then assembling the pump and motor and shifting it back to site, installing it at its position, making proper alignment with double coat superior painting work to pumpset and baseplate ,testing the unit on full load at site. Job further includes providing of grease 5kg with grease gun for lubricating installed machinery in routine working. Complete job includes cost of material, all handling & labour charges and taxes etc. Complete job.Replacement of MCCB 250 Amps damaged one with new one at main incoming panel box, replacement of burnt Cu PVC cable from panel to motor 25sq mm Cu cable 15 M in length with all insulation work and testing on full load. Complete jobRepairs to Rising mainRepairs to 6\\" dia. old rising main at three places first site is between the laid path of musical fountain lake and sunrise pump room, second near cafeteria third one at starting point of rising main near T/well cum canal pump room no.1 by way of earth excavation upto the depth of laid pipe line by cutting concrete/hard rocks/soil ,cutting the damaged pipe line part upto length of 2' approx. and replacing it with new ones where ever required with the processes welding ,grinding, painting and hiring dewatering pump where ever required, etc ,refilling the excavated earth/hard soil/concrete etc and ramming / leveling it properly .Job also includes replacement of damaged check valves 6\\"dia =02 numbers, sluice valve 6”dia=01no at different places of rising . Complete Job includes cost of material used viz. pipe cut pieces, NRV and sluice valve, flanges, cutting blades, welding electrodes ,grinding wheels ,gaskets ,nut bolts ,painting wherever required, hiring dewatering pump , labour charges ,etc. incl all taxes .Complete job Rebate on old parts@...
