| 1 | Routine cleaning and grooming of synthetic hockey turf, including removal of leaves, litter, dust, dirt, organic matter, micro-grindings and foreign material. |
| 2 | Inspection and maintenance of sprinkler system, including sprinkler heads, nozzles, valves, pipes, connections, operating pressure, alignment and uniform water coverage. |
| 3 | Inspection and maintenance of pump set, motor, valves, strainers, filters and associated electrical/control systems, including control panel, starter, switches, cables and protective devices, including attending to minor faults. |
| 4 | Inspection, cleaning and maintenance of water storage tank/reservoir and storm-water drainage system, including inlet/outlet arrangements, valves, overflow, level controls, drains, channels, gratings, outlets and sump; removal of silt, sediment and obstructions, including inspection after heavy rainfall. |
| 5 | Detailed inspection of turf surface, seams, joints, line markings, high-use areas and associated installations, including identification, recording and minor repair of defects, as required. |
