| 1 | Providing, designing, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning of faecal sludge / septage treatment plant 10.00 KLD capacity with Open technology, including all Civil, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation including PLC and SCADA works with testing & commissioning complete as per approved design, drawings and technical specifications including site development , RCC framed boundary wall of total height 2.1m, 0.23m width in super structure,plaster , Paint etc complete with 0.9m Concertina coil, Approach Path with all other loading, unloading, transportation charges and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipment, and all other incidental charges required for successful completion of work as per approved specification, drawings etc,.complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work complete to achieve treated water effluent parameters as per N.G.T. & C.P.C.B. norms. | 2 | Supply, fabrication, testing, registration, and commissioning of 3000 litres (3.00 KL) Truck Mounted Super suction machine equiped with high vacuum suction system for sewer cleaning, de-silting of manholes, soak pits, septic tanks, sludge removal and other materials, from a depth of about approximately 8 metres, complete in all respects. The vacuum pump shall have free airflow rating of 1200m3/hour and shall be capable of achieving maximum vacuum upto 6000 mm (water column) i.e. vacuum pressure of 60% during suction. The vehicle model shall be of minimum engine power of 100 HP and shall be suitable for mounting suction equipment. The sludge tank shall be fabricated using 6 mm thick mild steel plates conforming to IS 2062 Grade 'A' standards, including outlet-inlet arrangements with valves and complete fitting. (Diesel/Fuel consumption of 3000 litres (3.00 KL) Truck Mounted Super suction machine should be minimum 04 Km/L for driving / transit mode and minimum 03 L/hr for stationary operation via truck power take off (PTO) |
