The job includes reconditioning of 01 no. stainless steel pump shaft as per actual size and specifications including welding, grinding, turning, finishing, and cutting of keyways and cotters .It also includes fabrication, providing, and fitting of stainless steel 410 shaft protection sleeves and body bushes. Job further includes providing, precision machining, finishing, and dynamic balancing of 01 no. new bronze impeller of outer diameter 328 mm duly turned as per same size, head, and discharge; fabrication and fitting of 02 nos. bronze guide/wear rings; complete assembling of the pump by providing and fitting of new 6309 deep groove ball bearings on both driving end and non-driving end as per exact specifications; providing and fitting of nuts, bolts, gland plate set along with studs, high-grade PTFE packing material, and greasing; providing and fitting of cast iron flexible coupling set with rubber bushes and coupling nuts and bolts; and assembling the pump, shifting it back to site, installing it in position, carrying out proper alignment with the 45 kW motor, and testing the unit on full load at site, with the complete job including the cost of material, labour charges, transportation, and all miscellaneous items required during execution. Complete Job in all respect. Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
