The size of roller tube shall be of 40 mm outer dia and weight 220 gms/ meter, round bottom rail of size 14 mm outer dia and weight 220gm/meter, triangle bottom rail of size 15x24x24 mm weight 230 gm /metre, valance rail 84.5 mm weight 320 gm / meter. |
| 8 | Installation bracket shall be made up of mild steel with white powder coatinghaving thickness of 1.8 mm for mounting control unit and idler. Ceiling bracket shall be made up of mild steel with white powder coatinghaving thickness of 1.0 mm for fixing blind to the wall or ceiling. Operating chain shall be made up of 4.5 mm plastic beads moulded on 2.0 mm thick polyster cord. The pitch of beads shall be 6 mm. The control unit shall be made up of high strength reinforced plastic. The clutch shalll be of warp spring design. High carbon steel springs shall be provided to transmit motion from driven mechanism. Clutch shall be operated directionally by use of beaded endless chain to raise or lower the blind smoothly to decide height.. The rate is inclusive all accessories. |
