| 1 | Repair/replacement of components to 500 KVA manual voltage Stabilizer with allied works at tube well cum Pumping Station Sunjwan Procurement by way of disconnecting all the electrical connection and making temporary provision for running the motors by way of making bye pass arrangement. Draining of transformer oil and storing it properly in empty barrels and then dragging out the stabilizer from pump room with the help of crane and required tools and tackles at site and then shifting of voltage stabilizer and transformer oil barrels to workshop by deploying mechanical transport, crane and skilled labour. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer, extracting out its main coils and voltage regulators after dismantling all electrical connections. Complete rewinding of-02 nos. main transformer coils out of superior quality copper wire and insulating material as per original specifications, cleaning and fitting to the core after proper insulation and reassembling the transformer assembly. Providing and fitting of -01 no. voltage regulator 250 Amp. and 400 amp MCCB and making connections with transformer coils. The job also includes replacement of complete internal control wiring, and refilling the drained transformer oil after filtering and dehydrating by heat/boil treatment to remove moisture and topping up with 30 ltrs transformer oil then shifting of voltage stabilizer from workshop to tube well cum Pumping Station Sunjwan Procurement. The job includes making all electrical connections by shifting back the power cables to the repaired voltage stabilizer and then testing the voltage stabilizer on no load and then on of full load at site. Complete job. Upkeepment of 6000 GPH x 80 mtr x 12.5 HP Submersible Pumpset of T/well Sec-14 Nanak Nagar by way of disconnection of power supply and extraction of Submersible Pumpset using skilled labour with allied tools and tackles. Dismantling and shifting of pumpset to workshop by Mech. Transport. Repairing by Providing, fabrication and fitting of S.S pump shaft as per sample, 8no. impellers, 6 no. pump bodies, 8no. neck rings, 8no. body bushes, SS coupling pulley and nut bolts and assembling of punp atworkshop. The Job includes dismantling and repairing of 12.5 HP Submersible motor by providing, fabrication and fitting of thrust pad set and rotor bushes. Assembling of the motor, coupling with pump and testing the pumpset in the test pit then shifting of pumpset to the site of installation. Making electrical connections of motor with sub cable by making leak proof joint and lowering of pump set along with providing and replacing rubber gaskets and nut bolts.
