| 4 | Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/ cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer in charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc- Aluminium alloy coating of 43.5% Zn 55% Al and 1.5% Silicon confirming to ASTM A792/ A792M and AS 1397, Alloy coating AZ150/ AZ70, colour coated with high quantity Polyester coating, top coated of modified polyester of 20 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxy primer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratch while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer In-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required and as per direction of Engineer in-charge. a) 0.50mm thickness. |
| 5 | Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer In-charge. i) Bars upto 12 mm diameter. |
| 6 | Providing & fixing super latex- 302 (SBR based) water proofing expert ( Dr. Fixit) on R.C.C slab with 03(three) component by mixing super latex, water & cement at 1:4:7 or as per Manufacturer recommendation in/c cleaning the roof surface with wire brush & with clean water before application & curing the chemicals by sprinkling water for 3-5 days after application of water proofing components complete as per direction of the Engg in charge and technical recommendation of the manufacturer. |
