| 1 | Servicing the rolling shutters once in six months which includes greasing, oiling, overhauling and replacing defective spare parts (if required) including cost of grease, general cleaning, filling oil in gear set etc., but excluding cost of spare parts which will be paid separately under relevant item all as directed by the Departmental Officers. (Replacement of bolts and nuts, screws, pints etc., is to be done by the Contractor without any extra cost. Rate is for one time operation and is valid and effective for 6 months without any operational problem from the date of overhauling). Note: Payment / Measurement will be made based on the clear structural opening dimension and hood will not be measured. |

| 20 | Supply and installation of Anchor Fastener of size 12mm dia x 75mm Long as per the approved make and type bearing ISI mark with IS suitable nuts and bolts with necessary tools and accessories and labour charges etc. complete at all elevations as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 21 | Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-Charge. Note : 1. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. 2. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 3. The scaffolding system drawing shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 4. The contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (Part-I) (Safety Code for scaffolds). 5. Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling objects coming out during the work is in progress. 6. Necessary aluminium / M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building. | 22 | The schedule of quantities is to be read for the purpose of pricing in conjunction with the special conditions, general rules for the guidance of contractors, conditions of contract, specifications, drawings, schedule of supply of materials and the appendices. |

| 25 | All the materials other than those shown in schedule of supply of materials in section VII are to be arranged by the contractor and his rates should account for the same. |
| 26 | Rates quoted for all items in this tender shall include cost of all materials including cement and steel. Department will not supply any materials other than materials stipulated in Section VII of the tender and as such the rates quoted must be all inclusive. |
