| 1 | Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion SS-1 @ 5kg/10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam (minimum binder content of 4% by weight of total mix as per design mix) well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg/10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30mm size and again well rammed (including supply & laying premixed macadam binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n exc 30 mm complete all as per IRC specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 2 | M&L for providing and laying 40mm thick bituminous semi dense concrete (SDC) over prepared black top surface including cleaning of the existing surface by wire bruhing, sweeping and blowing with mechanical compressor application of tack coat/ bituminous primer VG-10 @5kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix using VG-30 paving bitumen with 5.5% brushing, sweeping and blowing with mechanical compressor application of tack coat/ bituminous primer VG 10 @ 5kg per 10Sqm and laying of bituminous premix using VG-30 paving bitumen with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix as per approved design mix. The bituminous mix shall be laid by mechanical paver suitable levelled to the required camber and gradient and throughouly rolted and compacted with 8-10 tonne power road roaller to obtain a uniform smooth and properly compacted surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and laying Asphalt painting on B.T. surface with bitumen grade VG-30 at the rate of 5.00 kg / 10 sqm by Mechanical sprayer & spreading the stone dust on prepared surface at the rate of 0.03 cum / 10 sqm with smooth wheel & pneumatic tyred roller & brushing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications. |
| 5 | S&F Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design acccording to 65 ) of size 125x125x25 mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiancy Mano rystafie solar panel 2.4V/.3 watt one NI-ed rechargable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. |
