Disposal of garbage from 10 no. dustbins to outside of 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal. The disposal should be 1 KM away from 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal. The disposal should be authorized dumping yard by MC, Karnal.( On monthly basis)9. Cleaning of water storage tanks in the quarters of 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal Roding/Cleaning of rain water pipes before rains, cleaning of roofs and storm water on roofs& maintaining and attending of the quarter related problems in complex resident quarters immediately on priority(No of storage tanks-1000 Ltr- 09 Nos., 500 Ltr -251 Nos. of quarters and 200 Ltr -15 Nos.) approx. (Once in six months or as & when required)10. Cleaning of overhead water storage tanks and its connected water pipe lines at 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal of 2 No. water storage tanks (1 no. 50000 Ltr & 1 no. 30000 Ltr), maintaining and proper monitoring of storage of water in overhead tank and attending problem immediately on priority.( Once in six months or as & when required).11. Cleaning of all underground sewerage pipeline, Manholes of sewerage system at 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal & keep it blockage free.( As and when required).12. Routine maintenance / providing plumbing services for residential for officers, staff & non-residential building including A & B type Rest houses.( On daily basis)13. Operation/maintenance of 03 nos pump house for water supply (Working hours to be fixed by the Nigam) at 220/132 KV Power House Complex, Karnal.( On daily basis).14. Round the clock watch & ward/providing security services at 02 No. gate of the complex and inside Power House complex.( Round the clock).15.
