2There are multiple sheets in this Excel File out of which values from Sheets 19A to 19H collate to Sheet \\"19I: Summary of Commercial Components\\", which would be used for deciding H1 on QCBS basis.
3The bidder is required to provide quote against every given line item of Sheets 19A; 19B; 19C; 19E; 19F & 19H, and Sheet \\"20. Future Expansion\\". Further, the bidder may also quote any other line items along with their costs to support the solution in the Sheets 19D & 19G.
4The bidder is required to provide costs inclusive of any taxes, freight, etc excluding GST, which has to be quoted separately.
5Any blank entries or Zero in “Amount per Unit…” column (unless exclusively asked) against any given line item, may lead to disqualification of bid.
6Unrealistic line item rates: Bidders are requested to provide realistic rates considering current market conditions.
7GST and Centage of UPDESCO is exclusive. The Successful bidder will be responsible for payment of all taxes, as applicable, and UPDESCO in no case will be responsible for the same.
8All costs shall be in Indian Rupees. Any change in quoted rates of GST (e.g. change in rate of GST) will be appropriately adjusted.
9Selection of the bidder for the project shall be done on H1 basis, as described in the RFP. 19 A.
