Supply Of traction engine and electrics for detc. , item-1: (a) supply of traction engine and electrics kit for detc as per plw s or doc no. plw detc/30906313 rev-6 of sept-2026 & rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wde tc/0092 rev.-2 of august 2015. (b) testing and commissioning of above equipment in plw a s per plw sor doc no. plw detc/30906313 rev.-6 of sep-2026 & rdso specification no. ti/sp c/ohe/8wdetc/0092 rev.-2 of august 2015. (c) final commissioning of detc at the holding depot on zonal railways as per rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wdetc/0092 rev.- 2 of august 2015. (d)supply of unit exchange spares kit as per plw sor doc no. plw detc/ues r ev-0 of sep-2026 & rdso specification no. ti/spc/ohe/8wdetc/0092 rev.-2 of august 2015. q ty-10% of tendered quantity of item 1. (note : installation work of the equipment will b e carried out by plw. however supervision/guidance for the installation work will be i n the scope of supplier. subsequent testing and commissioning of the equipment will al so be in the scope of supplier). [ warranty period: 36 months after the date of delivery ] ] , comprehensive annual maintenance contract (amc) for detc/us traction en gine & electrics to plw doc no. plw/ldo/amc/detc/002 issued in july 2025. annual mainten ance of the traction motor shall be required and carried out only during the first th ree (03) years of the amc period and no maintenance activity for traction motor shall be carried out by the contractor for the remaining two (02) years. the rate should be quoted accordingly. (note-this is composite tender for procurement,testing & commissi oning of traction engine & electrics kit for detc and amc for 05 years beyond warrant y period. bidders are required to quote charges for amc on annual basis (for each year separately) for post warranty period. the evaluation of offers will be based on t otal cost of traction engine & electrics kit for detc and net present value of the amc cost of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year after the warranty period.the net present value (n pv) will be worked out at a discounting rate of 10%. the system will calculate npv of a mc of offer automatically based on which ranking will be done.
