| 2 | Inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (ABB make). The job includes opening of assembly from upper & lower terminal flanges, cleaning of all grooves of flanges and porcelains with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution, replacement of all O-ring of the pole and gas pipe fitting by applying anabond adhesive. Reassembly of pipe then evacuation of pipe upto 760 mm.Ilg. After testing of vacuum for 12 hrs and satisfactory result, refilling of SF-6-gas upto required level. Checking of proper operation of circuit breaker from local and remote. This work also includes of timing CO Test after overhauling of CB. All material, T&P except SF-6 gas required for execution of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. |
