The outer panel shall have pre-coating for corrosion resistance as also to provide a very good finish.b) Blower section with DIDW backward curved centrifugal fan with TEFC squirrel cage Induction motor with VFD compatible (IP 55 protected, class F insulation and energy efficient, IE 3 rated) driven with V- belt suitable for 415+/-10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC supply mounted on vibration isolators.c) Drain section with 1.2mm thick SS drain pand) 50mm thick Al frame HDPE 3 ply air MERV-8 pre- filters (box type) with efficiency of 90 to 95% down to 10 microns and bag filters of MERV-13/EU-7 with efficiency of 99% down to 3 microns along with UVGI system and MERV-13 filters, control /operating panel. These filters to be provided individually. e) Chilled water-cooling coil of 6 row deep with Blue fins (Copper) and copper tubes, Cu headers etc., complete.All complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer |
| 3 | Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the above Air Handling Unit. The work includes new AHU unit to be installed in place of existing AHU by dismantling of the same, removal of water piping, disconnecting, and connecting to the existing AC duct through non-returnable G.I collar damper/VCD and double flexible fire-retardant canvas connection arrangement as per the site requirement and the mounting of the unit on foundation/floor with anti-vibration pads to avoid vibration transmission etc. The unit shall be connected to the electrical starter panel in the AHU room by connecting copper armoured cable supplied under this tender and as per technical specification mentioned in Part-I of tender and to be tested as detailed in the section VI, part I of tender. Testing and Servicing of existing 3-way valve and controller. Testing and servicing of inlet and outlet valves. All complete as directed by the Bank's Engineer. |

| 11 | LT Power Cabling:Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4C, 10Sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured copper cable along with two runs of 25mmx3mm size G I earth strip of required quantity.
