| 1 | Notes:- 1. The contractor must be adhered to the quality ,quantity and approved materials in original ,if any deviations found at any stage of the contract without proper approval of the competent authority ,he is liable to pay penality for the differences/deviations2. The shifting of manpower and material and obtaining entry pass and exit will be the sole responsibility of the contractor/his supervisor with his work permit.3. The Contractor shall employ at his own expense, a supervisor possessing requisite qualification and he shall be availbale at site all days and throughout the Contract period failing which, the Contractor shall liable to pay penality as per terms and Conditions of IAFW-2249 forming part of Contract.4. The workers engaged should be skilled labour, shall be aware of using latest technology and with respect to all sort of latest machinery/equipments who is able to perform all related tasks assigned as per contract.5.
