| 1 | Visiting and checking of health of Electrical installation 11 KV (Main receiving sub station) at for UGOR on monthly basics . Including attend all minor faults of entire Installion consisting of Transformers of capacity 1250 KVA x 02 Nos , VCBs, Battery Banks, LT Panels having various type MCCBs/ACBs etc. checking the silica gel, topping up of transformer oil, followed with before and after testing of dieletric strength. Dehydration of transformer oil annually. All the consumable items are measured and paid seprately as under and directed by Engr- in - charge in the following shifts: |
| 2 | M & L for Filteration of transformer oil of transformer installed at sub station UGOR to achieve electric strength of 65 KV for 1 minute at 4mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filteration shall be conducted all as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note : Test results after filteration shall be produced on completion. (1780 Ltrs x 02) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Supply and topping up new transformer oil into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. oil grade IS 335 with dielectric strength value not less then 65 KV complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Visiting and checking of health for maintaining of HVAC installation at UGOR. Including attending all minor faults of entire HVAC Installion consisting of Chiller of 140TR X 02 Nos- cleaning,coolant check, cleaning air filters Air handling unit (02 Nos)- cleaning motor blower & chilled water coil,alignment of motor blower, cleaning RCC saucers drain, checking inlet and outlet valves,Chiller and hot water pump - descaling of water,bearing alignment,oil leakage check,impeller/guard check,checking pump strainer and wire mesh,Hot water generator- cleaning outer body ,Fresh and exhaust fan- cleaning body,oil greacing motor shaft ,HVAC MV panels- cleaning outer body , including following work/ job as under mention . All the consumable items are measured and paid seprately all as specified and as directed by Engr- in - charge. |
| 5 | M & L for Taking out honey comb filter of EMP chiller from its existing postion and refixing the same to its original postion after finelly clean using high speed airblower with the Cleaning of condenser fins, coolant condenser cleaning on weelky basics complete all as specified and directed. |
