| 1 | Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installations such as all centralized panel board in Dewatering Pump House, Fire Pump House of Dry dock I & II Complex, Side Hauling winch house & Main Hauling winch house at Multiple Slipway Complex including replacing the fused tubes, bulbs, fan capacitors, MCCB, MCB’s switch boards, switches, ceiling fans, Panel boards, giving minor wire connections, power jumper cable repairs, switch on/off , area lighting as and when required round the clock, as per the direction of EIC, etc., complete excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials GST. Labour welfare Cess etc complete. (One electrician (skilled mazdoor) shall be engaged per shift) |
| 2 | Attending minor electrical repairs in 10 Ton ELL Crane including repairs and servicing of control gear, terminals, connectors, contorller, rheostate resistance power controller, all lighting circuits, power supply to the Hoist, Slew, travelling motors, all distribution boxes, all the motion limit switches, interface cables, control supply, lighting transformer, as and when required round the clock, as per the direction of EIC, the maintenance of 625 KVA Diesel Generator set and other panels located in the crane, cleaning greasing the crane periodically and preparing equipments for operation, providing helper for the crane to monitor the travelling operation excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all mateials, GST, Labour welfare cess etc., complete. (One Electrician and One Assistant Electrician shall be engaged per day) |
| 3 | Rewinding of Air Circulator - wall mounting and pedestal fan, heavy duty motor with approved 35/36 guage copper wire, removing the burned coil cleaning the startor thoroughly, changing the bearing, applying required Varnish and heating it properly, including cost of all materials required such as insulation paper, copper wire, sleeves, capacitor and soldering the lead and assembling the unit including cleaning the entire surface, painting with one coat primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint, all labour charges, transportation of materials, GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc., complete. |
| 4 | MVCBGR 400W MV Cable laying 400 Sqmm in the existing masonary open duct: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cabel of 1.1 KV grade of size exceeding 25 sqmm but not exceeding 400 Sqmm in the existing masonary open duct as required. |
| 5 | Removing the RCC Slab and placing the slab after laying cable as directed by the EIC including cost of labour charges etc., but excluding cost of hire charges of crane/forklift required which will be spared by the department on free of cost subject to availability. |
