| 1 | Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installations in ALHW Workshop, Electrical Control Room, AE (M-II) Office, AE (Civil) Dry Dock Extension Office, Toilet Block, 630 KVA Transformer, area street lights, including replacing the fused tubes, bulbs, fan capacitors, MCCB, MCB's switch boards, switches, ceiling fans, area lights, electrical water pump, complete as directed by EIC, the excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess etc., complete. Minimum 01 number electrician i.e. Skilled mazdoor shall be engaged per Man day (08 hours duty) |
| 2 | Operation of 625 KVA Diesel Generator set at ALHW complex, whenever the electricity department power failure in all working days, Sundays and holidays including the operation of control panel for providing smooth uninterrupted power supply to various sections in ALHW Workshops round the clock, Extension of Dry Dock construction site, Sub-Division Offices, Dry Dock II area, Multiple slipway, Dockyard Workshops, ELL Crane, Ind Aust Workshop, repair berth etc. as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess etc. complete. Minimum 01 number Assistant electrician i.e. Semi Skilled mazdoor shall be engaged per Shift (08 hours duty) |
| 3 | Attending repair work at workshop by removing transporting indoor and outdoor unit of capacity 1.5/2.0 ton split type available at Office of the AE (MECH-II) and AE (Civil), Dry Dock, ALHW, including checking leakage of gas, pressure testing, vaccuming, refilling/topping up refrigerant, brazing and soldering whenever necessary, for repairing/replacing punctured copper pipe, capillary filter & tube, condenser coil, condenser fan motor, indoor blower motor, suction valve, liquid valve, dead cap, flare nut, Out door unit coil base frame, indoor blower leaf and commissioning of AC unit including cost of all men, tools and plants required for above works, insulation tape, cable tie and thimble, GST and transportation charges of AC unit from its place to workshop but excluding cost of refrigerant and all spares required for repair/ servicing mentioned above for replacement which will be provided by the department on free of cost. |
