| 1 | Providing and Carrying out a comprehensive topographical /total station survey of the various MTNL properties / land parcels integrated with GPS observations in accordance with prevailing norms, rules, and regulations with reference to the Town Survey Map of the concerned area. The survey shall include accurate demarcation and geo-referencing of the property boundaries and all existing physical features, such as roads, buildings, power lines, trees, and permanent structures, ensuring that the reports comprehensively cover all dimensions of the asset with high precision measurements and coordinates, indicative area, reserved portion, and any encroached area if applicable clearly establish the spatial relationship of the asset with adjoining properties and surrounding infrastructure.The Survey Plan shall be suitable for submission before statutory authorities for conversion, mutation, leasehold/freehold conversion, land-use change, demarcation, and other land-related purposes. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge For the following properties :(1) Sarita Vihar J-Pkt.
