| 3 | Dismantling of existing pre-coated galvanized steel sheet / PVC rain water gutter provided along eaves of roof, including necessary clamps, end caps, angles, outlets, bends, elbows, self-drilling/self-tapping screws, EPDM washers, and disconnecting from down take pipes, complete. The rate shall include labour charges, hire charges for machineries/tool, scaffolding etc., including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, complete for entire roofing area of godown and office portion. |

| 5 | Providing & fixing of 0.71mm Aluminium colour coated troughed profile roofing sheet with center to center pitch of 200mm, depth of 32mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width 1000mm at all heights, levels and locations colour finsih Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3mm EPDM seal washer etc, all inlcusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 8 | Preparing the surface of existing structural steel stair by thorough scraping, chipping and wire brushing (manual/mechanical) to remove heavy rust, mill scale, old loose/deteriorated paint, dirt, grease and other foreign matter, followed by sand papering to smoothen the surface and expose clean metal, complete as required to receive primer/paint, including cleaning of dust and debris, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 under the foundation slab of office building and terminal godwon building including cost of all materials, labour charges and excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement, etc. completed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge |
| 12 | Restoration and repair of water supply system to toilets and other connected points, including checking and inspection of existing water storage tank, distribution lines, valves, fittings, and connections; clearing blockages; repairing leaky or damaged PVC pipes and joints; replacing defective pipes, valves, or fittings as required; testing the restored system for proper functioning and ensuring adequate supply, complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 14 | Providing and fixing aluminium sheet for arresting rainwater leakage at roof/wall junctions, including cutting grooves in adjacent wall, inserting sheet into the groove and lapping sheet under existing roofing sheets, sealing joints/gaps with approved bitumen self-adhesive sheet/high-polymer butyl rubber waterproofing tape and white silicone weatherproof sealant, fixing the sheet into existing truss member and to wall with stainless steel hex-cap self-drilling/self-tapping screws with EPDM washers, including scaffolding, labour, T&P and all incidental works, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 15 | Repair and maintenance of existing steel gate of terminal, including cutting and removal of corroded steel pipe sections and providing and fixing new steel pipes of matching size and thickness, including cutting, fitting, alignment and welding, complete. The existing steel surface shall be thoroughly scraped, chipped, wire-brushed and sand-papered to remove rust, loose paint, dirt, grease and other foreign matter, followed by application of suitable primer and two or more coats of approved epoxy paint as per manufacturer's specifications. The work shall also include greasing of hinges, rollers and moving parts and rectification of minor defects/maintenance works for smooth and proper operation of the gate. The rate shall include labour, welding, consumables, tools and tackles, brushes/rollers and all incidental works, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
