Rectifying minor unevenness or joint grout failures using high-strength polymer-modified cementitious mortar to ensure a completely uniform, level, and clean surface ready to receive synthetic turf adhesive, including all labour, materials, and disposal of waste, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Supplying and laying premium closed-cell Polyethylene (XPE/PE) or Polyurethane elastic shock-absorbing pad of thickness 10mm to 12mm, specialized for outdoor sports arenas, laid over the prepared surface, joints securely bonded with specialized outdoor single-component polyurethane adhesive tape, to achieve proper force reduction and performance criteria as per international sports standards, complete as per manufacturer specifications. |
| 4 | Supplying, jointing, and fixing of UV-stabilized, non-directional, heavy-duty Monofilament/Fibrillated synthetic artificial grass turf of 30mm to 50mm pile height (as specified), minimum gauge 5/8 inch, with a rugged double-layer polypropylene backing coated with polyurethane/latex finish. The turf rolls shall be jointed using high-tensile Geotextile Joint Tape (minimum 200mm width) and specialized two-part polyurethane outdoor grade adhesive (e.g., Speb 7 or equivalent). Item includes neat line marking in white/yellow synthetic turf rolls for football boundaries, all labour, tools, and tackles complete. |
| 5 | Providing and infilling dry, washed, oven-dried, rounded/sub-rounded silica sand (grain size 0.5mm to 1.0mm), free from dust, clay, and organic impurities, evenly spread over the installed artificial turf at a uniform rate of 12 kg to 15 kg per Sqm (or as per manufacturer specification for the chosen pile height) using a mechanical spreader/brusher to ensure pile stability and verticality, complete. |
