| 1 | Engagement of registered Architect consultant for submission of drawing, design and estimation of Multilevel Car Parking at MPPMCL. The scope includes the following: |
| 2 | (i) Preparation of architectural drawing: It shall be the responsibility of the architect to engage a geotechnical engineer, get the investigation done and collect all necesssary reports for design and execution of work. Accordingly, a detailed architectural drawing including site/master plans, all floor plans, elevations, etc. must be prepared. (ii) Comprehensive Detailed Engineering/ Structural Drawings: Based on the architectural drawings, fully dimensioned and scaled working drawings including sections (of beams, columns, slab, walls, wet zone, staircases, service ducts, etc.), plumbing, drainage and water supply arrangement drawing, door-window schedules must be prepared. The above must be supported by structural design and detailing (RCC/Steel framing, bar bending schedule, foundations, column/beam reinforcement schedules compliant with IS 456, IS 800, IS 1893, IS 13920). Further, the drawings of electrical fittings/ fixtures, drainage, fire safety (for obtaining fire NOC) complete in compliance with National Building Code (NBC) be also included. (iii) Compliance with codes: The drawings must be as per statutory by laws, codes/manuals and it shall be the responsibility of architect to get all the approvals from local authorities such as Nagar Nigam, Jabalpur (official fee will be paid by the department). (iv) Submission of drawings: All the final drawings after revision (if any) must be submitted in hard and soft copy formats.(v) BoQ and estimate: Preparation of detailed measurement sheets for Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and abstract of cost based on prevailing MP PWD SOR (Civil/Electrical) along with Non-Schedule (NSOR) items (if necessary) supported by realistic rate analysis, technical specifications and other necessary details.(vi) Site visit for Supervision & Quality Control: Site supervision by qualified Architect/Civil Engineer during crucial construction phases (such as marking, foundation, RCC casting, bar-bending verification, electrical conduit laying, finishing, etc.). Progress monitoring and resolving site hindrances.The above work includes cost of transportation, cost of necessary data collection e.g. physical survey, ground water table details, ground levels (contours/block plan with necessary cutting and filling if required), bearing capacity test of existing strata, etc. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
