| 1 | Removal of slips in all kind of soil including sturated soil but exxcluding boulders and rocky portion required blasting upto a distance of 20 mtrs disposing of un-servicebale matreials stacking serviceable materials complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all lead and lifts in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock chiseling/wedging out of rock) where blasting is prohibited saturated soil including bailing/pumping out of water stacking the excavated soil in 15cm layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Providing and laying cement mortar 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 4 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:- |
| 5 | Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 6 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls , the size of plum shall usually be 150 to 300mm as per HPPWD specification and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. |
