1STATOR END CONNECTION PATCH WORKS, SERVICING AND TESTING Charges towards cleaning the stator windings thoroughly using high pressure water, cleaning with special cleaning agents for corona and stress grading portion, drying out and improving IR value of the winding, conducting necessary tests to ascertain the healthiness of the winding, visual inspecting the stator all electrical and mechanical parts, attending patch work at end connection failed area, insulating the joints suitable and banding the end connection, preheating, varnishing and baking in oven, applying corona and stress grading varnishes wherever required, finishing varnishes to the stator windings and testing.
