The finished framework shall be treated with two coats of epoxy primer followed by one coat of muti-surface paint. All works shall be executed and completed in accordance with the specifications, directions, and satisfaction of the departmental officers |

The scope includes precise cutting and shapping to match the profile of the framework. The plywood shall be tightly and securely fixed using suitable stainless steel (SS 304/316 grade) fasteners. All joints and edges of the plywood sheets shall be thoroughly sealed with a marine-grade polyurethane or epoxy sealant to ensure water-tightness before any further finishing.
