| 1 | Opening of the Thermax make 04 lac Kcal/hr. hot water generator cleaning inside and outside both in case of coil and the shell, removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of coil shall be cleared by circulating through it a solution of max clean descaling compound (approx. 25 kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hrs with the help of a pump. The solution is to be circulated from a tank/barrel/tray. Brushes, detergent, diesel/ kerosene oil, dhoti cloth shall be provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler including burner gun, nozzles, electrodes, diffuser plate etc. have to be dismantled and reassembled after servicing/ repairs. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools & tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractor. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour. |
| 2 | Replacement of the refractory of 04 lac Kcal/hr. hot water generator. The job includes complete removal of old / damaged refractory and through cleaning of refractory surface/bases. Angle iron hooks / hold fasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base wherever necessary. Collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required. Refractory shall be laid in fire crate super brand castable refractory cement. The job also includes repairs to front plate of the boiler, complete job includes the cost of material and labour. the old refractory has to be dumped in the nearest municipal waste dumping site. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauge 0- 20 Kg/cm² with isolation cock complete as required for circulation pump sets. |
| 4 | Providing and fitting of brass air release valve of pressure rating PN 1.6 with isolation valve of 15 mm dia. |
| 5 | Providing & Fitting of fuel pump flexible pipe(Metal breaded) ½”x48” for supply and over flow line of burner block assembly. |
| 6 | Providing and fitting of temperature sensor with thermowell of 0 - 120°C range of reputed make. |
| 7 | Providing and fitting of radiator inlet control valve open type of 15 mm dia. |
| 8 | Anchoring the radiator by way of drilling in tile masonry work of steel fasteners, refitting the radiator with the supply and return lines of Central Heating System. |
| 9 | Providing and fitting of Mild Steel class ‘C’ ERW pipe of 20 mm dia.with fittings like tees, elbows, bends, junctions, unions, flanges etc with elastrometric nitrile foam insulation and application of anti corrosive paint as per the site requirement. . |
| 10 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 24 swg sheet metal ducts fabricated from galvanised steel sheets complete with all accessories, straight & smooth finished G.I flanges with air tight joints for connecting of the ducts, all rectangular duct taps should be made with shoe (45º) fittings i/c supports for hanging of ducts and shall be in compliance as per SMACNA norms. The job also includes supply and fixing of external thermal insulation of 19 mm thick nitrile rubber on the duct before applying thin film of adhesive on the back of the insulating material sheet and then on the metal surface and sealing of joints with 75 mm wide aluminium tape. |
| 11 | Providing and fitting of powder coated extruded aluminium supply & return air diffusers suitable for concealed fixing arrangement as per the site requirement. The diffusers shall be provided with removable central core. Diffusers shall have soft continous rubber/ foam gasket between the periphery of the diffusers and the surface on which it has to be mounted. |
| 12 | Providing and fixing of fire retardant non porous double layer flexible canvas connection between each evaporator unit & duct. |
| 13 | Providing and fixing of false ceiling of Vinyl Latex wet formed ceiling tile of 12 mm thick sheets by way of suspending 25mm wide rectangular Al. /G.I. channel of appropriate thickness from the true ceiling to form grid of 2’ x 2’ size (False ceiling void of 2.5 feet or as per site requirement) followed by connecting of grid network by means of Al. /G.I. channels to act as a frame in which ACP sheets can be fitted & also should accommodate air diffusers, lighting fixtures as per the site requirement.
