| 1 | Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of 20 mtr height mast lighting system including all accessories. High galvanized mast light suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge and double drum winch with luminarie mounting arm, pully assembly, aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike including excavation, RCC foundation as per height. |
| 2 | Notes for Ser No 1 :-(a) The tenderer's attention is invited that the attached foundation detail is indicating the min dimension. However, if the size of foundation as per OEM is more than the specified, no extra payment shall be admissible, but the construction of foundation shall be carried out as per OEM provided foundation as per direction of AGE(I).(b) Design and construction of suitable RCC foundation with M-25 grade concrete including all TMT Bar (Fe-415), formwork and plaster 15 mm in cement mortar 1:4 on above the GL. The dimension of foundation shall not be less than attached section. The above grounded portion shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over suitable primer.(c) S & F for suitable foundation bolts 24 mm dia manufactured from special steel (Grade TS-600, Min Tensile Strength 600 N/M2 Yield Stress 405 N/M¬¬2) along with nuts, washer, anchor plates and templates (01 set of Min 8-12 Nos, M24-M30x 850-900mm). In case anchorage plate is used, the size and dia of bolt may be as per OEM specification. |
| 3 | (d) High mast shaft: The high mast shaft shall be in two section continuously tapered polygonal (tropically 16-20) of high tensile steel S355/BSEN 10025 or equivalent IS 2062 Grade. Plate thickness min at top 3-4 mm and 4-5 mm at bottom, top dia ≈ 150 mm, bottom dia ≈ 400-540 mm, suitable for wind speed up to 44 m/s as per IS 875 (Part-3), door opening with vandal-resistant door, etc.(e) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of lumnaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sqmm, lugs MCB and all labour for each mast.(f) Supply of LED 250 watts Flood lights luminaire including all accessories and silicon filled potted driver, IP-66 protection, modal GLEAM-GF 300L WH NB-A5PC SD of Bajaj Driver must have BIS registered. - 09 Nos in each mast.(g) S & F for aviation obstruction light LED type red color, suitable for high mast top mounting, complete fixing arrangements. - 01 Pcs.(h) Supply of control panel housing 32 Amps TPN MCB incomer double dial timer contact circuit for the automatic. control of luminaries out going terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor. |
| 4 | (j) Provision of GI pipe earthing for High Mast with 2.5 mtr long, 40mm dia GI pipe, including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25x3mm size GI strips with all materials and labour - 01 in Nos for each mast.(k) Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete - 01 in Nos for each mast.(l) Material Specification:- (i) Mast & Pole shaft – BSEN 10025, ASTM A572, IS 5986. (ii) Foundation : IS 2062/E250A (iii) Base Plate : IS 2062 (iv) Galvanization : IS 4759/2629 & ASTM A123(m) The contractor shall submit purchase of this items. The Engr-in-Charge shall deface and submit along with RAR/FB for payment. Non-submission may lead to non-payment. |
| 5 | Supply and laying of LT cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross section area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 6 | Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of underground cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed. |

| 10 | Supply and Lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole DWC pipes (Double wall corrugated) of dia 63 mm for carrying UG cable or as & where directed complete all as specified and directed and as specified. |
| 11 | M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 20x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well ramming watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil complete all as mspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
