Name of Work:- Urgent repairs to 5 MVA 33/3.3 KV transformer bearing sr. no 12PSGO25/1 at 160 MLD Salauli Water Works.

1Disconnecting the L.T. and H.T. connections and OLTC connections of transformer , draining out the oil, removing the fins, loading the transformer in the truck with the help of crane , unloading at the work and fixing it back after repair.
2Dismantling the 5 MVA , 33/3.3 KV transformer at agencies workshop . Lifting the core and windings from the tank. Cleaning the HT and LT windings with electro cleaner and varnishing both windings. Cleaning the tank and removing the sludge. Assembling the core and winding in the transformer tank.
3Filtration of transformer oil
4Supply of transformer oil of EHV, grade confirming to IS -335 of POWER OIL make only in barrels of 209 ltrs capacity.
5supply and fixing of breather
6Painting of transformer
