| 1 | Providing services for operation and maintenance of Network and Wi-Fi System at College of Art through 01 No. qualified Network Technician along with 01 No. Helper on all working days, excluding Sundays and declared holidays, including routine inspection, monitoring, troubleshooting and rectification of faults in LAN/Wi-Fi network, network switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, racks, patch panels, network cabling and other associated network equipment. The services shall include attending network connectivity complaints, configuration/reconfiguration of network devices, checking and rectification of loose/damaged connections, patch cords and cables, cable dressing, termination and minor shifting/replacement of network accessories as required. The Network Technician and Helper shall maintain proper records of complaints, faults and maintenance activities and ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the network and Wi-Fi system during prescribed working hours, including all incidental and related activities necessary for satisfactory operation and maintenance, complete as required. |
