| 1 | Complete Engine Major Overhauling (Cummins Engine 6CTAA-8.3C):Work includes completely decoupling the engine assembly from the crane structure prior to execution, carrying out a comprehensive major overhaul of the engine , and precision re-coupling/alignment upon completion. Scope incorporates structural crankshaft grinding, micro-polishing, and line boring to standard tolerances (if required). Complete overhauling of all engine accessories, including the fuel manifold lines, exhaust manifold loops, structural turbocharger couplings, and auxiliary connections. Overhaul must replace piston liners, compression rings, main/big-end bearings, Major overhauling gasket kits, inlet and exhaust valves, tappets rods, value seats, water pump, fuel injectors etc but not limited to pistons and involve test-bench calibration of fuel injectors and the fuel injection pump. Rate must include all material costs, GST, inbound/outbound freight/transportation charges to the mainland/authorized workshop charges, and all loading/boarding/lodging/travel expenses of the service personnel complete. |

Replacing worn-out clutch drums, heavy-duty clutch linings, brake pads, boom brake assemblies, and associated mechanical linkages/accessories. Rate must include all material costs, GST, freight, and service personnel loading/boarding expenses complete. |
| 3 | Electrical & Steering Systems Overhauling:Complete inspection, cleaning, wiring restoration, and testing of the main control cabinet and swing controller assembly. Replacement of defective magnetic starter switches, Magnetic Pick-Up Units (MPU) for digital speed governor controls, lubrication oil safety switches, engine oil safety switches, and coolant temperature safety switches , servicing of starters / repairing (if required) . Rate must include all components, GST, freight, and service personnel loading/boarding expenses complete. |
| 4 | Cabin Structural Fabrication & Sheet Metal Renewal:Cutting out heavily corroded/pitted sections of the operator's cabin house structure. Supplying, tailoring, welding, and installing structural steel framing (M.S. angles, G.I. pipes, and protective grilles) along with 3.15 mm thick M.S / CR Chequered sheets for cabin floor plates, side walls, and roof panels to match original engineering designs. Including heavy-duty door hinges, commercial-grade safety locks, weather stripping, and allied fabrication work, upholstery. Rate must include all materials, GST, freight, and service personnel loading/boarding expenses complete. |

Supplying and fitting new heavy-duty automotive safety glass panels tailored to exact spatial sizes, complete with fresh oil-resistant rubber beadings and locking wedges to ensure fully weatherproof sealing.
