Providing and fixing partition/paneling comprising aluminium tube/section framework, covered with 8 mm thick BWP-710 plywood and finished with approved decorative laminate sheet, including necessary supports, brackets, fasteners, adhesives, edge treatment, cutting, fabrication, fixing and all incidental works, complete as per approved drawings and specifications. The paneling and partitioning work is to be fixed over anodized aluminum frame made by using 1.2mm thick hollow tubes,50x50mm vertically and 25x50mm, horizontally at 610mm centers to form a regular grid and pasted with decorative laminate of 1 mm thickness on all exposed surfaces as per approved make, shade and finish.Reference Drawings: RSC/BBSR/DOM/D 01 to D-05RSC/BBSR/SEH/S-01 to S-03 |
| 3 | Glass Work. Supply and fixing 10 mm thick toughened glass glazing of approved make and quality, conforming to relevant IS standards, cut to required size and shape, with all edges machine polished and installed at the designated position as per approved drawing and design.The glass shall be supported continuously along all edges by suitable approved edge beading/profile, including aluminium/SS/MS edge section as required, complete with EPDM/neoprene rubber gasket, glazing blocks, approved screws/fasteners, clips and necessary accessories. The glass shall be properly aligned, levelled and securely fixed, ensuring uniform bearing and adequate clearance to prevent direct glass-to-metal contact.The item shall include all necessary cutting, drilling of holes wherever required, edge finishing, beading, gaskets, supports, fasteners, sealant and installation accessories, including scaffolding/lifting arrangements wherever necessary, complete in all respects as per approved drawings, manufacturer's recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 4 | CNC cut MDF Letters. Providing, supplying, cutting and fixing CNC cut MDF title letters (25mm thk) of approved make and design, made from MDF board conforming to IS:14587, of required thickness, accurately CNC routed/cut to the approved lettering, font, size and pattern, including preparation of artwork/CAD drawing as per approved design. The cut letters shall have smooth, machine-finished edges, free from burrs and unevenness, with necessary sanding and surface preparation. The letters shall be finished with approved paint/polish/laminate finish, as specified, including primer and required number of coats where paint finish is provided. The letters shall be accurately aligned and fixed at the designated position using suitable approved adhesive, screws, concealed fixing arrangements, spacers/studs or other necessary fixing accessories, as required. | 5 | Central circular partition and panelling. Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing a low-height circular partition/panelling of 900 mm height, of required diameter/curvature and configuration, as per approved drawing and design, comprising suitable framework/supporting structure and BWP-grade flexi plywood of specified thickness, accurately cut, bent/formed and fixed to the required circular profile. The partition shall include required cut-outs/recesses for installation of LED footlights, including provision for concealed electrical wiring, cable routing, junction/connection points and necessary openings. All exposed surfaces, including front, rear, top, curved edges and ends, shall be properly prepared by sanding, filling and levelling and finished with approved PU paint system, including suitable primer/sealer and required number of PU coats to achieve a smooth, uniform and durable finish. | 6 | Projector Mounting Cabinet. Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing a projector mounting cabinet made of 19 mm thick BWP-grade plywood, of approved make and quality, conforming to the required dimensions, shape and configuration as per approved drawing and specifications.All exposed surfaces shall be finished with approved make decorative laminate, including edge lipping/edge treatment, wherever required, to provide a neat and durable finish.The cabinet shall be provided with necessary caster wheels, locks, hinges & electrical power connections for the projector, including suitable concealed wiring, modular socket outlets, switches, connectors, terminals and other required electrical accessories. | 7 | UPS & Battery Table. Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing a UPS & Battery Table with drawers, made of 19 mm thick BWP-grade plywood of approved make and quality, conforming to the required dimensions, shape and configuration as per approved drawing and specifications.The table shall comprise a rigid and sturdy plywood structure suitable for supporting the UPS and battery pack, with necessary compartments and drawers as indicated in the approved drawing. All joints shall be properly assembled and securely fixed using suitable screws, fasteners, adhesive and necessary hardware.All exposed surfaces shall be finished with approved make decorative laminate, including proper edge treatment/lipping to all exposed plywood edges, corners and drawer fronts, providing a neat, smooth and durable finish. Drawers shall be provided with suitable handles/knobs and heavy-duty drawer channels/runners as required. The table shall be provided with heavy-duty caster wheels at the base, suitable for the overall loaded weight of the UPS and battery pack, with adequate load-bearing capacity and smooth movement. The work shall comprise supplying, fabricating and installing premium-quality FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) cladding sheets/panels of min 3mm thickness, reinforced with suitable glass fibre and resin, having a designed stone-textured surface pattern, colour, shade and finish as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The exposed surface shall have an integrally moulded/designed stone texture, free from cracks, pinholes, air bubbles, warping, unevenness or other visible defects.
