| 1 | Providing, supplying, dismantling and removing the existing old/damaged UF membrane module and supplying and fixing a new DEERFOS or approved equivalent hollow-fibre Ultrafiltration membrane module, suitable for the existing STP UF system. Catalogue reference DFU-0852D shall have effective membrane surface area 52 m², designed flux 2.0–6.2 m³/hr, approximate dimensions Ø200 × 2155 mm, UPVC housing, polyurethane + epoxy potting and NBR gasket; maximum inlet pressure 300 kPa, maximum operating TMP 200 kPa, maximum operating temperature 40°C, operating pH 2–9, Outside-to-Inside flow and Dead-end or Cross-flow filtration, complete with compatible end caps/ports, seals, O-rings, couplings, clamps, adaptors, accessories and necessary piping/fitting modifications. The work shall include removal of existing module, installation, flushing, pressure/leak testing and satisfactory commissioning. The offered module shall be dimensionally and hydraulically compatible with the existing UF skid. OEM technical datasheet and compatibility confirmation shall be submitted before supply. |
| 2 | Providing and fixing a chemically resistant electromagnetic/solenoid diaphragm metering dosing pump suitable for NaOCl, adjustable capacity 0–10 LPH and suitable operating pressure for the existing STP system, complete with chemical-resistant dosing head, suction/discharge connections, foot valve with strainer, injection/non-return valve, suction/discharge tubing, mounting accessories, electrical cable/connectors and all necessary fittings. Wetted components shall be compatible with sodium hypochlorite. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing an electromagnetic/digital metering dosing pump of capacity 0–10 LPH, suitable for continuous/intermittent sodium hypochlorite dosing, with adjustable stroke/frequency or electronic flow control, complete with chemical-resistant pump head, suction/discharge valves, foot valve/strainer, injection valve, tubing, mounting bracket, electrical connections and all accessories. Pump shall be suitable for the existing electrical supply and system pressure and shall be tested for dosing rate and satisfactory operation, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
