The ladder shall consist of FRP vertical side square tube members of size 76 x76 x6.35 mm, FRP fluted tube rungs of OD 32 mm × ID 23.5 mm × 4 mm thick, 450 mm long, spaced at 300 mm centre-to-centre vertically. The ladder shall be firmly fixed to RCC/brick masonry wall using SS 304 grade wall brackets of size 203 mm × 55 mm × 9.5 mm, secured with SS 316 grade anchor bolts of size M12 × 100 mm. All nuts, bolts, washers, and fasteners shall be of SS 316 grade. The item rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, fabrication, erection, transportation, scaffolding, drilling, anchoring, and complete installation and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge |

The material shall consist of Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UV Resistant ISO Grade), Emulsion Fibreglass Mat (E-Class), suitable accelerators, UV resistant pigment, and Polymer Concrete with quartz aggregate as core. The rate shall include supply, installation and removing the old manhole cover and fixing at OHTs, UG sumps, OHSR, etc., complete in all respects as per drawings and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
