(b) The contractor or his representative will take complaint from MES complaint Register through MES job card. (c) The contractor will made separate items register with location and signature of user. (d) The contractor will maintain complete details of Job cards (Working/Off working hours) and items involved with date and user signature. (e) The ladder and T&P as required will be provided by the contractor. (f) Risk factor & security pass will be the contractor's end. (g) Material will be measured and paid separately in the relevant item here after. (h) All supply material shall be deposited by contractor in MES store yard and issued in every Job Card as per requirement.
